What's on at Perform Australia

The Performathon is Perform Australia's annual festival of short plays produced by students aged 4-17 in our after-school acting classes. This year our theme is "The Enchanted Forest" - all our plays work around a forest theme.

This year we return to the beautiful Tuggeranong Arts Centre theatre for our week of performances. Student shows are classified by colour, so make sure you know your child's class colour or class location when booking.

THEATRE: Tuggeranong Arts Centre, 137 Reed St North, Greenway, ACT 2900 

TICKETS: All tickets are $10. 

TICKET LIMITS: Please note sessions have ticket limits due to the size of the class and the number of seats in the theatre.  We know that some families may want more tickets, and some families may want fewer tickets than the given number. If you would like to buy extra tickets, we will release any unsold tickets two days before the show - but please limit your first purchase so that all our performers can have some supporters in the audience! Seating is not allocated ahead, so you will be able to sit with your group on the day, even if tickets are purchased at different times. Thank you for your understanding.

Our shows are colour coded for ease of purchase - note there are different days for each show:
 

• YELLOW, 6pm Monday 15th September - Bonython Razzle Dazzlers, Gungahlin Razzle Dazzlers, Monday Gungahlin Footlights. (3 tickets per family)
   

• BLUE, 6pm Tuesday 16th September - Queanbeyan Razzle Dazzlers, Queanbeyan Footlights, Queanbeyan Company (4 tickets per family)
   

• PURPLE, 6pm Wednesday, 17th September - Hughes Razzle Dazzlers, Hughes Footlights (4 tickets per family)
   

• ORANGE, 6pm Thursday 18th September - Gungahlin Company, Thursday Gungahlin Footlights (6 tickets per family)
   

• AQUA, 6pm Friday 19th September - Melba Razzle Dazzlers, Melba Footlights, Melba Company (3 tickets per family)
   

• PINK, 1pm Sunday 21st September -  Pearce Razzle Dazzlers, Pearce Footlights, Weston Footlights (3 tickets per family)
   

• GREY, 3:45pm, Sunday 21st September - Bonython Footlights, Hughes Company (3 tickets per family)
   

• GREEN, 6:30pm, Sunday 21st September - Griffith Footlights, Griffith Company (3 tickets per family)

 

>> Parents and carers are reminded to check their class email for more detail about your child's arrival time at the theatre, as it may be up to two hours in advance of the ticketed show time.

>> The theatrical environment is not suited to children under 3. Children age 3 and over should have their own seat/ticket for their own comfort.  Parents, please see your email for more information.
